Are there any costs to me?▾
None. Tenant setup, subdomain, brand customization, admin — all free. We only collect a 4.88% service fee from users' actual earnings, and rebate up to 40% of that back to you.
What's my rebate share?▾
ZenIncome takes a fixed 4.88% service fee from users' lending interest. Up to 40% of that 4.88% is rebated back to you (≈ 1.952% of user's gross interest). The exact ratio depends on your partner tier and traffic — most partners start near the maximum during the trial period so you can see results quickly. Combined with the ~2.7% from the Bitfinex affiliate side, your dual commission tops out around 4.65%.
How does the Bitfinex-side affiliate commission work?▾
Bitfinex runs its own affiliate program. When users sign up Bitfinex from your domain (the 'Sign up Bitfinex' button auto-uses your affiliate link), they're attributed to you. Bitfinex takes 15% of their lending interest as commission, then gives you ~18% of that 15% (Tier 1). This stream is fully independent from ZenIncome — Bitfinex pays you directly, monthly, into your Bitfinex account. We don't take a cut; we just make your domain auto-route correctly.
Can I use my own domain?▾
Currently we prioritize abc.zenincome.xyz subdomains — 1 business day to live. A fully custom domain (partner.com) is technically possible but requires you to handle DNS / SSL setup, with a longer onboarding flow. Reach out if you need this.
Can users see ZenIncome anywhere?▾
No. From the signup page, dashboard, earnings report, email notifications, to sitemap — every user-facing surface is your brand. When Google indexes your domain, it indexes your brand page as a standalone site, not as a ZenIncome subdirectory.
How often do payouts happen?▾
Monthly. The ZenIncome partner share is sent by us via Bitfinex internal transfer (10 USDT minimum, otherwise rolled to next month). The Bitfinex affiliate share is settled by Bitfinex directly per their affiliate program rules. Both in USDT, both with zero on-chain fees.
Will my fans lose money if I recommend it?▾
No principal loss. Bitfinex lending means users lend out idle funds to traders who want margin — earning interest. It's nothing like margin or contract trading: no liquidation, no forced close. Worst case: nobody borrows for a stretch (idle funds, no interest), but the principal stays in the user's own Bitfinex account the whole time. We never touch user funds and have no withdrawal permission. Promotion note: avoid 'guaranteed returns' / 'risk-free' wording for legal compliance. We provide vetted promotion templates as reference.
What if I want to leave?▾
Anytime. We freeze your tenant but keep data — users see a friendly 'service paused' message. Accrued but unsettled commissions are still paid out. No penalty, no lock-in.
